Please note that this is a full-time, onsite position based in Sofia. Relocation support is available for candidates moving to Bulgaria.
- Assist players with their questions and technical or account-related issues through tickets and live chat.
- Provide personalized support using a player-focused, case-by-case approach.
- Deliver a friendly and authentic player-to-player support experience.
- Investigate reported issues and provide clear, accurate solutions.
- Identify recurring problems, bugs and emerging trends reported by players.
- Communicate relevant issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism in every interaction.
- Collaborate with a passionate team of gaming and customer support specialists
REQUIREMENTS
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
- You understand the importance of player empathy and can approach each issue from the player’s perspective.
- You have a basic understanding of player support or customer service.
- You are familiar with gaming communities, player expectations and gaming terminology.
- Previous gaming experience will be considered an advantage.
- You are patient, solution-oriented and motivated to provide the best possible support.
- You enjoy collaborating with other gaming enthusiasts and contributing to the success of your team.
- You are available to work rotating shifts within a 24/7 operation.
