DESCRIPTION

As a Digital Ad Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in driving success for our clients – small to medium-sized businesses – on behalf of a top global social media company. You’ll consult with advertisers, optimize their campaigns, and provide tailored solutions to maximize growth. With your proven sales expertise and relationship-building skills, you’ll become a trusted partner in helping clients achieve their goals.

  • Own and grow a portfolio of advertisers by uncovering new opportunities, building value‑driven relationships, and strategically cross‑selling and upselling solutions that align with each client’s business needs.

  • Proactively guide clients on product adoption, campaign strategy, and best practices—using insights and data to maximize ROI, drive long‑term success, and elevate client satisfaction.
  • Industry & Product Expertise
  • Develop in‑depth knowledge of social media advertising solutions and market trends. Use your expertise to provide strategic input, support innovation, and continuously improve how we deliver value to our clients.
REQUIREMENTS

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1+ year of experience in the field of customer support
  • Previous Sales experience will be a great advantage (inbound or outbound), ideally within
  • Experience in advertising, digital marketing, or online media is an advantage.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver customer‑first, solution‑oriented recommendations.
  • A performance‑focused mindset, comfortable working with data to analyze trends, uncover insights, and drive measurable results.
  • Fluency in Hungarian and a good working level of English to collaborate in an international environment.
