Key Responsibilities

Engage with Finnish-speaking clients to understand their business needs and recommend tailored Google Ads solutions.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of client accounts, delivering outstanding service and ongoing sales support.

Identify opportunities to increase advertising revenue and drive business growth through consultative selling.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Provide expert guidance on digital marketing strategies to help clients improve campaign performance and return on investment.

Resolve customer enquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive client experience.

Adapt quickly to changing customer needs, business priorities, and evolving digital marketing trends.

Maintain compliance with relevant data protection requirements, including GDPR.

Requirements

Finnish: C2 proficiency, both written and spoken.

English: C1 proficiency, both written and spoken.

At least 20 months of proven sales experience, with a strong ability to influence, negotiate, and convert prospects into customers.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in a competitive, performance-driven environment.

Experience in customer service, account management, or handling complex client relationships.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and the ability to identify growth opportunities for businesses of different sizes.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commercial mindset and a focus on results.

A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach to work.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, although equivalent professional experience and career progression will also be considered.
