What you can expect
As a customer service representative at Viaplay, you will handle user inquiries across various communication channels: voice, email, chat and social media.
What you'll do
- Registration and Sign in Guide user’s trough account setup and login issues;
- Streaming Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering or content playback problems;
- App & Device support Provide assistance on compatibility, installation and device settings;
- Account and Payment Help users manage subscriptions, update payment menthods and resolve billing issues;
- Pause and Cancellation Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations;
- Feedback Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native Swedish speaker;
- Fluency in English (B2 level mandatory);
- High school diploma required;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
- Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports;
- Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
