Are you an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in technical support? Our client is looking for a French and Flemish-speaking Technical Support Team Leader to join a growing international project based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Support Advisors while driving performance and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership career in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

What will you do?
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Technical Support Advisors
Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and quality targets are achieved
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Support the team with technical escalations and complex cases
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to drive continuous improvement
Create a positive, customer-focused, and high-performing team environment
Candidate profile
Native or fluent French and Flemish (C1/C2)
Good command of English
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Technical Support environment
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in a KPI-driven environment

OFFER
Monthly gross salary
Position: Team Leader
Markets: French & Flemish
Salary: 1500€ gross/month
Language complement:150€/ month
Performance bonus: 200€/ month
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 10pm (rotative shifts)
Work model: On-site
Languages: French + Flemish – both mandatory, plus English
Experience: Proven Team Leader / supervisory experience, ideally within a customer service, contact centre or automotive environment
Start date: ASAP
