We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Advisor to provide high-quality assistance to customers via phone. You will be responsible for delivering technical support, informing customers about different/better guarantee types (cross & upselling), and ensuring seamless customer experience.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical customer support for a leading electronics company (inbound calls).
  • Handle inquiries related to guarantees, repairs, accessories.
  • Assist B2C clients.
  • Proactively react to customers’ needs by offering respective guarantees (cross & upselling)
REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (C1), knowing of English would be an advantage but it’s not a “MUST”.
  • Ability to work from the office located in Katowice.
  • Strong communication skills and tech service -oriented mindset.
  • Availability of working 5 days a week (Mon-Fri: 8:00-18:00).
  • Experience in using CRM systems, especially SAS Customer Intelligence - would be an advantage.
