We’re looking for a Norwegian Speaking Solutions Consultant to join an international team supporting customers of one of the world’s biggest search engines.
If you’re fluent in Norwegian and English, enjoy helping people, and have excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
No technical background? No problem! You’ll receive comprehensive, fully paid training to give you everything you need to succeed.

???? Your Role
As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them get the most from their products and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing professional and high-quality customer support
• Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat
• Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Troubleshooting customer issues and resolving enquiries within agreed SLAs
• Using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and other customer service tools
• Working towards key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, first-contact resolution, and call-handling time
• Following established processes, guidelines, and knowledge bases
• Working closely with colleagues and sharing knowledge and best practices
• Taking part in ongoing training and keeping your product knowledge up to date
