Join a global fintech support project – from anywhere

United Call Centers is a global BPO partner delivering multilingual customer support and technical services for international clients. We are now expanding and looking for Slovak-speaking Technical Support Specialists to support one of our international clients in the payments and technology sector.

If you enjoy solving technical issues, helping business users, and working in a fully remote international environment — this could be the perfect role for you.

Your Role

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will assist business clients (B2B) with technical and operational issues related to payment devices and services.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st line technical support via phone and email in Slovak
  • Troubleshoot device and connectivity issues
  • Guide merchants through setup, configuration, and basic diagnostics
  • Handle incident tickets and document solutions
  • Escalate complex technical cases to higher support levels
  • Ensure a professional and customer-focused experience

Employment Model

This is a remote freelance / self-employed contractor role.

You should:
  • Be eligible to work as a self-employed contractor in your country
  • Be comfortable invoicing monthly for your services
REQUIREMENTS
What we’re looking for

Must-have:
  • Fluent Slovak (C2+)
  • Good English skills (internal communication)
  • Experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer support
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Comfortable working in morning/afternoon/evening and weekend shifts (operating hours are 24/7)
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office
Nice to have:
  • Experience supporting hardware or POS devices
  • Background in fintech, telecom, or IT support
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
